Sugar skulls are central to the celebration of Day of the Dead.  They're used as both decorations and treats, and are given as gifts to both the living and the dead.  They are usually brightly decorated in the spirit of celebration, to show there is nothing sad or frightening about this holiday.

We have developed various designs, borrowing both from Mexican tradition and our own imagination, always giving a nod to the beautiful skulls still made in Mexico today. In producing these pieces, it is our hope to bring attention and interest to our culture, traditions, and this beautiful holiday. Please take a moment to browse our site and view our designs. We hope that we can help immerse you in the culture of the Day of the Dead.
