This lovely lady is an image of a papier mache doll, reminiscent of the ones we would get as kids. We chose this particular type of doll because she's got a varied and colorful place in Mexico's culture, her story ranging from the innocent to the scandalous and risque! She's got great character and each is a little piece of folklart. We hope our tribute does her justice. :-)
